Refunds

We offer refunds up to 14 days after purchase or renewal. We send a reminder 7 days before the subscription runs out but even if you forget, we'll happily refund you the latest payment. You can request the refund by using any help function on our website. Refunds are initiated within one week of your request after which they should be returned to your bank account within 5-10 business days.
