Changing or Cancelling your Subscription

If you're signed up for Pacemaker Premium, you can switch between yearly and monthly plans or upgrade or downgrade between the Free, Lite and Pro versions.

To switch your subscription or cancel, visit your account settings page and click on the "Manage Subscription" button. You will be taken to a personalized billing portal powered by our payment partner, Stripe. The portal should look something like the following:

This page will allow you to control your billing information, upgrade or downgrade at pro-rated rates or cancel your subscription.

If you choose the cancel your subscription, it will end immediately and you will lose access to all premium features like notes, time tracking, stats etc. Pacemaker will still retain all of the plans and challenges in your account. However, you will not be able to save them further unless they conform to the limits of the free plan.
