Email Reminders
Premium users can set up daily or weekly email reminders with a summary of work they need to do across all of their plans. Go to your account settings page, and scroll to the "Schedule Reminders" section. From there, click on enable reminders and select whether you'd like daily or weekly reminders. Don't forget to also set your time zones as well.
If you'd like to receive daily email reminders without a premium account, you can set up no excuses accountability for your plan

You can disable reminders at any time using the settings on your account settings page.
