Archiving and Deleting Plans
When you've finished a plan, you have two options: archive it to tuck it away while keeping all its data, or delete it to remove it permanently. Here's how each works and when to use it.
Deleting a plan
Deleting removes a plan and all of its progress permanently. This can't be undone, so reach for it only when you're sure you won't want the plan or its history again.
To delete:
- Open the plan.
- Click the Close menu in the plan toolbar.
- Choose Delete and confirm.
Archiving a plan (Pacemaker Premium Lite + Pro only)
Archiving is the gentle option. It moves a finished plan out of your active list while keeping all of its progress, stats, and history intact.
To archive:
- Open the plan.
- Click the Close menu in the plan toolbar.
- Choose Archive.
The plan is marked ARCHIVED and moves to the Archives tab on your dashboard. Archived plans no longer clutter your active list.
To reopen an archived plan:
- Open the plan from your Archives tab.
- Click the Close menu and choose Reopen.
Which should I use?
- Archive if you've finished a plan but might want to revisit it or refer back to it later.
- Delete if you're certain you no longer need the plan at all.
