Troubleshooting Errors

If you encounter error messages on the website, particularly sudden errors when the website worked before, you may try the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Make sure any ad blockers or browser extensions are turned off for pacemaker.press, then reload the plan page. This is the number one cause of unpredictable performance on the Pacemaker website.
  2. Load Pacemaker in another browser and on your phone/tablet, sign in, and try opening the same plan there. Note if you get the same errors.
  3. Hard refresh your browser on the device where the error appears by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac), then try loading the plan again.
  4. If you still see the error, please send us an email using our onsite help tool with the exact URL of the plan page that fails to load and confirm which browsers/devices you have tried.

Once we have those details, we can investigate whether there is something specific about a plan or page you're looking at or something specific about a browser or device.
