Changing email addresses and usernames
Changing your email address can be done by heading to your account settings page. The change will take effect immediately. Some emails that are already scheduled to your old address may still be delivered there for the first few hours after the change.
Changing your username is something that we can do manually for you. Contact us with the new username you'd like to use and we will make the change within 48 hours. Once updated, log out and log back in to see your changes reflected on the website.
